1. Account Registration
When you create an account with us, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and keep it updated. Notify us immediately at ask@tgsselect.com if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.
We reserve the right to terminate accounts, cancel orders, or refuse service at our discretion, including if we believe account information is inaccurate or that the account is being used for fraudulent purposes.
2. Products and Pricing
Product Descriptions
We make every effort to display products accurately on the Site, including descriptions, images, specifications, and condition grades for pre-owned items. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions, images, or other content are error-free, complete, or current. Accessories (headcovers, adjustment tools, shaft weights) are included in a pre-owned listing only if shown in the product photographs.
Product Availability
Listing a product on the Site does not guarantee its availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse orders, or discontinue products at any time.
3. Shipping and Delivery
Orders are shipped per our Shipping Policy. Title and risk of loss transfer to you upon our delivery of the item to the carrier. TGS Select is not liable for shipping delays caused by the carrier, weather, customs processing, or events outside our control.
